In severe cases of costochondritis, (which I, as a massage therapist in training experienced last year), massage may at times cause additional pain and inflammation. Also, on a personal note, please be sure to proof or get assistance in proofing grammatical and spelling issues that may arise in your new and very helpful and informative e-zine.
